Who is Neblett, Beard & Arsenault?

Why a Food Blog?
Over the years, we traveled the country and around the world with an appetite to sample other communities’ and cultures’ take on food, but we always come home to Louisiana. We love food and love what this country has done with it. We think that America is a lot like a big pot of gumbo, a fusion of cultures, ethnicities and nationalities, each retaining its individual flavor while combining to create something even better.
In our country, food does more than nourish our bodies and minds, it nourishes our families and nurtures friendships. But we also know what happens when food goes haywire.
