The JBS Swift E. coli O157:H7 beef recall has essentially touched every state in the union. The FSIS has finally released a retail distribution list of those companies who received potentially E. coli O157:H7 contaminated beef from JBS Swift Beef Company. The list has already been updated once, so it will be interesting to see if JBS suddenly remembers even more retailers as time passes.
