Last week, Cargill Meat Solutions in conjunction with the Food and Drug Administration recalled 8,500 pounds of ground beef citing E. coli O26 concerns. Zemco Industries, a Buffalo, N.Y., establishment, is recalling approximately 380,000 pounds of deli meat products that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
